This ESD static resistance testing swing switch system is an advanced static protection and control device that senses the resistance of the human body to ground by sensing the parts of the hands or feet. It has dual indication functions of voice and visual alarm. The system adopts a safe DC12V voltage supply, which can simultaneously complete paperless recording and automatically generate employee entry and exit information reports in a safe, accurate, convenient, and intuitive detection process, helping enterprises to manage employees, improve management efficiency, and enhance corporate image.

Hardware Composition

Swing gate
Including machine casing, movement (divided into single core and dual core), control motherboard, swing gate, traffic indicator light, and other parts. Its main function is to receive signals from the electrostatic testing system. When the test result is OK, the circuit breaker will be opened, and when the test result is Fail, the circuit breaker will not be opened.
Electrostatic testing system
It consists of data storage, display, electrostatic testing motherboard, testing panel, foot pedal, and other parts. The function of this system is to assess the test results of personnel and output signals to the swing gate.

Personnel authentication system
Including card swiping sensors, fingerprint recognition devices, facial recognition and other equipment. Its function is to identify the identity of personnel and send the identification results to the electrostatic testing system for binding the detection results of personnel.

Data display and collection
Real time display of test data and test results, data can be automatically collected.
Permission management
It can be authorized by person and permission, specify card swiping locations, set permission groups by person, support batch operations, and facilitate flexible management.
Log recording
The system provides logging functionality, allowing users to view operational and management history for easy management, tracking, and system maintenance.
Data processing
The data provides import and export functions to facilitate customers' data processing work. It also has the function of automatic email sending, which can send daily test reports to designated email addresses.
Remote management
The server parameters can be automatically sent to the client and support remote upgrades. Capable of real-time monitoring of the entry and exit status of client personnel, displaying the number of people present, and supporting remote door opening.
Multi system integration
The database can be integrated with attendance software to support real-time management and monitoring of multiple users and machines.

Test result judgment

Test Steps

Preparation for testing: The testing personnel first insert the wrist strap into the testing hole.
Identity verification: Stand on the detection board with both feet and verify your identity by swiping your card or verifying your fingerprint.
Start detection: Touch the metal button on the detector with your finger.
Result judgment: The moment the detection personnel touch the metal sheet, the detection can be completed, and the system determines whether to release it based on the detection results
